Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance and head towards Piazza San Pietro. Once outside, turn right and walk towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, walk straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left and follow the road until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head northeast towards Via della Rotonda. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the Pantheon, located in Piazza della Rotonda.

From St. Peter's Basilica, exit into the Vatican City and make your way to the Vatican Museums entrance. Once you exit the Museums, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Gracchi. Turn right on Via dei Gracchi and continue walking. When you reach the intersection with Via Cola di Rienzo, turn left and continue until you reach Piazza del Popolo. From Piazza del Popolo, walk along Via del Corso heading south. Continue until you reach the intersection with Via della Rotonda. Turn right and walk to the Pantheon in Piazza della Rotonda.
