Walking
From the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, head towards the main exit. Once outside, walk straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, continue straight on Via di Ponte Sant'Angelo and then turn left onto Via dei Coronari. Follow this street until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina, where you can catch a bus.

From Largo di Torre Argentina, take the bus number 44 towards 'Stazione Termini'. Stay on the bus for five stops until you reach 'Piazza della Repubblica'. At the Piazza, transfer to the Metro Line A (the orange line) towards 'Battistini'. Ride for three stops and get off at 'Termini'. From Termini, take the regional train towards 'Bracciano', which will take you directly to Bracciano station. From Bracciano station, it's a 20-minute walk to Orsini-Odescalchi Castle. Head towards Via Giulio Volpi.
