    From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head towards the main square, Piazza San Pietro. Once you reach the square, turn left and walk towards the colonnade. Continue walking straight until you reach the Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue walking along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, head towards the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo, and cross it. After crossing, continue straight onto Via dei Coronari. Walk straight until you reach Piazza Navona, then take a left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue walking until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina. From there, follow the signs to Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and head towards the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Once you're at the basilica, follow the signs to the bus stop and take Bus 105 towards Piazza di Porta Maggiore. Get off at the stop 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' and you will find your location.

    Start from St. Peter's Basilica and make your way to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano. Exit the basilica and turn left, walk along Via Ottaviano until you reach the metro station. Take Line A (the red line) towards Anagnina. After 5 stops, get off at the Termini station. From Termini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) and take the train towards Laurentina. Get off at the 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' stop. Exit the station and you will find yourself at your destination.
