    Getting There

    Walking

    Exit St. Peter's Basilica from the main entrance. When you step out, you will be facing St. Peter's Square. Head straight down towards the center of the square, passing the tall obelisk in the middle. As you reach the end of the square, walk towards the large colonnades that frame the square. Continue straight, and as you exit the colonnades, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue straight and you will pass the Roman Forum and the Colosseum on your left. Follow this road until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, continue straight onto Via del Corso. Finally, turn left onto Via in Selci, and you will find yourself at Piazza del Grillo in a short walk.

    Public Transport

    After exiting St. Peter's Basilica, walk towards the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 81, which will take you through the city towards Piazza Venezia. Once you get off at the Piazza Venezia stop, walk towards Via del Corso and turn left. Walk straight down Via del Corso until you reach the intersection with Via in Selci. Turn left on Via in Selci, and you will arrive at Piazza del Grillo shortly.
