Walking
From St. Peter's Square, you will first want to exit the square through the colonnades. Head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, and once you reach the basilica, turn left on Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, continue straight onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Once you reach the intersection with Via Merulana, turn right. Keep walking for about 15 minutes until you see the entrance to Parco del Colle Oppio on your left, located at Vle del Monte Oppio.

Public Transport
From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Termini. Ride for 6 stops and get off at the stop called 'Colosseo'. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk. Head towards the Colosseum and then follow the path that leads you up Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Finally, turn left onto Vle del Monte Oppio, and you will find Parco del Colle Oppio on your right.
