Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fori Imperiali. Turn left onto Via dei Fori Imperiali and continue walking until you see the Colosseum on your right. Keep walking straight, and soon you will see the Capitoline Museums on your left at Piazza del Campidoglio, 1.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Piazza San Pietro, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza San Pietro'. Take bus number 64 (direction: Termini). After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk up to Via del Corso, then turn right onto Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza del Campidoglio, where the Capitoline Museums are located.
