From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the museum and head towards the main street, Viale Vaticano. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the Ottaviano Metro Station (approximately 10-15 minutes). Take the Metro Line A towards Anagnina. After 4 stops, get off at the Barberini station. Exit the station and walk towards Via del Tritone. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.

From the Vatican Pinacoteca, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza della Rotonda' stop. From the bus stop, the Pantheon is a short walk directly ahead in the piazza.

For a scenic route, exit the Vatican Pinacoteca and walk towards St. Peter's Basilica. From there, walk along Via della Conciliazione, enjoying the views. Follow this street until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.
