    From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. At this intersection, turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking. You'll pass by the beautiful Castel Sant'Angelo on your left. Continue straight for another 600 meters, and you will reach Piazza della Minerva, which is located just off to the right. Look for the prominent Minerva Obelisk in the center of the square as your landmark.

    From the Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano, which is about a 5-minute walk from the museum. Board bus number 81 or 982 heading towards 'Piazza Venezia.' Stay on the bus for about 5 stops and alight at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Via del Corso and then turn left onto Via della Minerva. Continue straight for about 400 meters, and you will arrive at Piazza della Minerva, where you can admire the obelisk in the center.
