Walking
Starting from the Killington Village, head east on Killington Road (Vermont Route 4). Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the Killington Resort. Once there, follow the signs for the Snowshed Lodge, where you can find the base of the lifts. From here, take the K-1 Express Gondola, which will take you up to the top of Killington Peak. The gondola ride provides breathtaking views, so be sure to have your camera ready!

If you're feeling adventurous and would like to hike to Killington Peak, you can start from the Killington Resort's K-1 Base Area. Follow the 'Bucklin Trail,' which is well-marked. The trail is approximately 4 miles long and can take around 2-3 hours to reach the summit, depending on your pace. Be prepared for a moderate hike with some steep sections, and ensure you have suitable hiking shoes. The trail offers beautiful views of the surrounding forests and mountains.
