From Killington Ski Area, head south on Killington Road (Route 100) for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Route 4 East and continue for about 3 miles. Look for a parking area at the Appalachian Trail trailhead on your left, just before you reach the intersection with River Road. This parking area is located at approximately 43.690935, -72.740522.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Green Mountain Transit bus service from Killington Ski Area to Rutland. Board the bus at the nearest stop to the ski area, and ride for about 30 minutes to Rutland. From Rutland, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to the Appalachian Trail trailhead at 43.690935, -72.740522. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for any fares and timings.
