Follow US-60 W for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with the Colonial Parkway. Turn left onto the Colonial Parkway and follow it for approximately 6 miles. Take the exit for Historic Jamestowne. The entrance will be on your left at 1368 Colonial Nat'l Historical Pkwy, Jamestown, VA 23081. Note that parking at Historic Jamestowne is $10 per vehicle.
