Board the bus that takes you to the 'Suffolk Transit Center'. Once at the Transit Center, transfer to Bus Route 45 towards Norfolk. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Granby St & 35th St'. From there, walk approximately 0.3 miles north along Granby St, following the sidewalk until you reach the Virginia Zoo at 3500 Granby St.
