If you're already near Cascade High School, you can walk to Walter E. Hall Park. Start by heading south on 23rd Ave SE, then take a left onto W Casino Rd. Continue walking straight for about 1 mile, and the park will be on your left at 1226 W Casino Rd.
Biking
For those who prefer biking, you can start from the Everett waterfront. Head north on the bike path along the waterfront until you reach 10th St. Turn left on 10th St and then right onto Broadway Ave. Continue on Broadway until you reach Casino Rd. Turn right onto Casino Rd and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Walter E. Hall Park will be on your right at 1226 W Casino Rd.
