Getting There

    If you are starting from the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park Visitor Center, exit the center and head southeast on Shenandoah Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. As you approach the end, you will see the ruins of St. John's Episcopal Church on your right, situated on a hill. The entrance to the church ruins is accessible from the path leading up the hill.

    If you are starting from the Lower Town area of Harpers Ferry, head northeast on Potomac Street. Follow the street as it curves slightly to the right and becomes High Street. Continue walking up High Street until you reach the end of the road. Look for the path leading up the hill on your right side, which will take you to the ruins of St. John's Episcopal Church.
