    From downtown Huntsville, take Monte Sano Boulevard East. Follow Monte Sano Boulevard up the mountain. Once inside Monte Sano State Park, follow the signs to the main park area. The museum is located near the park overlook and planetarium. There is a park entrance fee of $5 per adult (ages 12+), $2 for children (ages 4-11) and seniors (62+). Active military/veterans are free with ID. Parking is available near the museum but can be limited during peak season.
