From Nderlysaj, cross the bridge and follow the road to Kaprre. Continue for about 40 minutes on foot; the first half of the walk involves a steeper climb, while the second half is an easier stroll through a beech forest. The path is marked, so you shouldn't get lost. There are no entrance fees to access the Blue Eye.

Taxi/Car
Hire a local driver from Theth to drop you off at the trailhead in Nderlysaj (Parking blue eye Kaprre). The drive is approximately 8 kilometers south of Theth. From there, it's about a 45-minute hike to the Blue Eye. A ride to the trailhead will cost around 500 ALL (5 EUR). Parking at the trailhead is available.
