Shuttle Bus
From March 1st to November 30th, access to Mohave Point is via the free Hermit Road (Red) Route shuttle. Board the shuttle at the Hermit's Rest Transfer Station in Grand Canyon Village. The shuttle operates frequently, with service every 10-15 minutes during peak hours. The ride to Mohave Point is approximately 20 minutes, depending on stops. There is no cost for the shuttle, as it is included with your park entrance fee. During December, January, and February, Hermit Road is open to private vehicles.

Walking
Mohave Point is accessible via the Rim Trail, a scenic path that runs along the South Rim. From the Grand Canyon Village, follow the Rim Trail west towards Hermit Road. The walk to Mohave Point is approximately 4 miles and takes about 1.5-2 hours. The trail is mostly paved and relatively flat, but be prepared for some uneven surfaces and exposure to the sun. Remember to bring water and wear appropriate footwear. There are no fees associated with walking the Rim Trail.
