Car
From the Saguaro National Park Visitor Center, head southwest on E Camino del Cerro towards N Sandario Rd. Turn right onto N Sandario Rd. Continue on N Sandario Rd until you reach W Ajo Way (AZ-86). Turn left onto W Ajo Way and follow it for about 8 miles. Take a right onto S San Xavier Rd, and then turn left onto W San Xavier Rd. The San Xavier del Bac Mission will be on your left at 1950 W San Xavier Rd, Tucson, AZ 85746. There is free parking available at the mission.

Public Transportation
To reach San Xavier del Bac Mission from Saguaro National Park using public transportation, first, you will need to take the Sun Tran Bus Route 6 from the nearest bus stop to the Visitor Center. Ride the bus towards the Tucson Mall and transfer at the intersection with W Ajo Way. From there, catch Bus Route 21 heading south towards South Tucson. Get off at the San Xavier Mission stop. Please note that the bus fare is approximately $1.75 per ride, and it’s advisable to check the Sun Tran website for the most current schedules and routes.

If you prefer cycling, you can ride from the Saguaro National Park Visitor Center to San Xavier del Bac Mission. Begin by heading southwest on E Camino del Cerro towards N Sandario Rd. Turn onto N Sandario Rd and continue until you reach W Ajo Way (AZ-86). This route is approximately 10 miles and mostly on paved roads. Be sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic laws. The ride can take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your speed. There are bike racks available at the mission for parking.
