Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 'W Congress St & S 6th Ave'. Transfer to Bus Route 34 towards 'Kinney Rd & E 36th St'. Ride for another 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Kinney Rd & Desert Museum' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum located at 2021 N Kinney Rd.
