From Barrio Viejo, walk to the nearest bus stop on 6th Avenue and 18th Street. Board the Sun Tran bus route 34 towards 'Tucson Mall'. The bus fare is $1.75, and you can pay with cash or a Sun Tran pass. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop for 'Kinney Rd and 22nd St'. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Walk north on Kinney Rd until you reach the entrance.
