Cosmic Cavern is located at 6386 AR-21, Berryville, AR 72616, approximately halfway between Eureka Springs and Branson, Missouri. From either city, take Highway 21 to the north of Berryville. The cavern is well-signed and has its own parking lot. Parking is free.

The cave maintains a constant 64°F temperature and 96% humidity, making it the warmest cave in the Ozarks.
