From the center of Kapan, head towards the main street, named H. Tumanyan Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Once you reach the intersection with V. Sargsyan Street, take a right. Continue on V. Sargsyan Street for about 300 meters until you reach the bus station. From there, you can take a local marshrutka (minibus) heading towards Khankendi. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to stop at Azatutyan hraparak. The journey should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
