    Discover more about Boca Prins

Boca Prins is a captivating destination where the raw power of nature is on full display. Located on the northeastern coast of Aruba within Arikok National Park, this secluded bay presents a striking contrast between soft, white sand dunes and the rugged, rocky coastline. Named after the former Prins Plantation, the area offers a glimpse into Aruba's past alongside its natural beauty. The beach itself is small, stretching only about 55 meters, and framed by cliffs. The turquoise waters are tempting, but swimming is generally not recommended due to strong currents and powerful undertows. Instead, visitors can enjoy the stunning views, hike through the dunes, and capture memorable photographs of the dramatic landscape. While the original plantation house is no longer standing, the area still whispers stories of Aruba's agricultural history. The constant trade winds from the northeast shape the dunes, creating a unique and ever-changing environment. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, such as iguanas and various bird species, as you explore the area. Remember to bring plenty of water and snacks, as there are no facilities directly on the beach.
