Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Oranjestad, take a bus towards the hotel area. De Palm Island and Palm Pleasure, where SNUBA tours are offered, are accessible from various points along the hotel strip. Bus fare is approximately $2.50 USD per person for a round trip.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Oranjestad and can take you to De Palm Island or Palm Pleasure. A taxi ride from the city center to these locations will cost approximately $21 USD. Note that there may be a surcharge of $3 USD on Sundays, official holidays, or between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Parking
If driving, paid parking is available in Oranjestad. Parking is enforced Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hourly rates are approximately 2 AWG (Aruban Florin) which is equivalent to $1.14 USD. Be sure to park in designated white-lined spaces, as yellow-lined spaces are for permit holders only.
