Driving
From the high-rise hotel area in Palm Beach, head north on Route 3 (J.E. Irausquin Blvd). Continue onto Route 1 (L.G. Smith Blvd) towards Noord. Turn onto an unnamed road; a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended due to the unpaved roads. Parking is free at the beach.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Aruba, but confirm the fare before starting your journey. From Palm Beach, a taxi ride to Aruba Shack Beach will cost approximately $30-$35. Note that there may be a surcharge of $3 on Sundays, official holidays, and between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Taxis can typically accommodate up to five passengers.
Public Transportation
From Palm Beach, take the Arubus towards Noord. The bus fare is approximately $3 USD. Ask the driver to drop you off near the unnamed road leading to Aruba Shack Beach. From the bus stop, it's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Note that buses may not allow large suitcases.
