Car
From San Nicolas, head east towards Seroe Colorado. Follow the main road, Caya di Solo, and look for signs pointing to Boca Grandi. Turn right onto the road leading to Boca Grandi. There is free parking available at the beach entrance. The drive is approximately 5 minutes.
Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Oranjestad, take the Route 4 bus towards San Nicolas. Once in San Nicolas, transfer to a smaller local bus that heads towards Boca Grandi. Confirm with the driver that the bus stops at Boca Grandi. The total bus fare is approximately $2 USD. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the beach.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Oranjestad and other tourist areas. A taxi from Oranjestad to Boca Grandi will cost approximately $35 - $40 USD. The journey takes around 25-30 minutes. There are no taxi stands at Boca Grandi, so arrange for a return trip in advance.
