    From Blackheath Station, the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre is approximately 3km away. You can take the 698 bus from Hat Hill Rd at Wentworth St directly to the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre, Govetts Leap Rd. The bus trip takes around 12 minutes and departs hourly. The fare is between $1-$3. Alternatively, you can walk from the station, which takes approximately 30 minutes via Govetts Leap Road.

    From the Great Western Highway, turn right at the Blackheath traffic lights onto Govetts Leap Road. Continue for 2.5km; after passing through the park entrance, take the second exit from the roundabout to reach the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre. Parking is available in the asphalt carpark at the centre, including accessible parking spaces. Parking is free.
