If you are traveling by car, head towards Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park. Once you enter the park, follow the signs to the Pencil Pine Falls car park. The car park is located at the end of Pencil Pine Road. From the car park, it is a short, well-marked walk (approximately 20 minutes) to the falls along the Pencil Pine Falls Track. The walk is suitable for all fitness levels and offers stunning views of the surrounding rainforest.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Launceston or Devonport to Cradle Mountain. Once you arrive at the Cradle Mountain visitor center, you can transfer to a shuttle bus that will take you to the Pencil Pine Falls car park. The shuttle service operates regularly, but it is advisable to check the schedule in advance for any changes. After arriving at the car park, follow the Pencil Pine Falls Track, which is clearly marked and provides a scenic walk to the falls.
