If you're traveling by car from any location in Far West, head towards the Bass Highway (A1). Follow the A1 south until you reach the turnoff for Mole Creek. From the A1, take the exit onto Mole Creek Rd (B12) and continue driving for about 15 kilometers. Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary will be on your right at 1892 Mole Creek Rd, Mole Creek TAS 7304. Parking is available on-site.

For those using public transportation, begin your journey by taking a bus from your location in Far West to Launceston. From Launceston, you will need to transfer to a regional bus service that goes to Mole Creek. Check local transport schedules for bus times. Once you arrive in Mole Creek, you can either walk (approximately 4 km) or take a taxi to Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary, which is located at 1892 Mole Creek Rd.
