Public Transport

If you are in the center of Eisenstadt, head to the Eisenstadt main station (Eisenstadt Bahnhof). From there, take the train to Vienna (Wien). Make sure to check the train schedules for the next available service, as they run frequently. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station), follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station located within the same building. Take U1 (red line) towards Leopoldau and get off at the 'Karlsplatz' station. Then, transfer to U2 (purple line) and head towards 'Karlsplatz' to get off at 'Schottentor.' From Schottentor, it’s a short walk to Spitalgasse.
Walking

From Schottentor station, exit onto Währinger Straße. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Spitalgasse. Turn left onto Spitalgasse and continue walking. The Narrenturm will be on your right at Spitalgasse 2. The walk from the station to the museum should take around 10-15 minutes.
Bus

At the Eisenstadt main station, you can also take bus line 3 towards 'Wien.' Get off at the stop 'Wien, Lothringerstraße.' From there, take tram line 43 towards 'Ottakring' and get off at the 'Schottentor.' After you exit the tram, walk along Währinger Straße and turn left onto Spitalgasse. The Narrenturm is located at Spitalgasse 2.
