Getting There

  • Walking

    From Leopoldskron-Moos, head northwest on Leopoldskronstraße towards Aigenstraße. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Aigenstraße. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Getreidegasse. Turn left onto Getreidegasse, and you will find Mozart's Birthplace at number 9, just a short walk away.

    From Leopoldskron-Moos, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Leopoldskron-Moos', located on Leopoldskronstraße. Take bus line 25 towards 'Salzburg Hauptbahnhof'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Mirabellplatz'. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Mozart's Birthplace. Head towards Getreidegasse by walking through the Mirabell Gardens and following the signs. Once you reach Getreidegasse, turn left, and the museum will be at number 9. Please note that a single bus ticket costs around €2.40.
