From Thermenregion, get on the A2 highway towards Vienna. Continue on A2 for about 30 km until you reach the exit for A23 towards Graz. Merge onto A23 and follow signs for Wien Zentrum. Take the exit toward B227/Schüttelstraße, then merge onto B227. Follow this road until you reach the city center. The Vienna City Hall is located at Friedrich-Schmidt-Platz 1, 1010 Wien. Parking is available at nearby garages, but expect to pay around €3-€5 per hour.
