Car
If you are driving from Wangdue Phodrang, take the Thimphu-Punakha Highway (NH 8) heading towards Punakha. After approximately 30 km, you will see a sign for Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Choeten. Turn onto the small road leading to the choeten, which is about 5 km from the highway. The road is well maintained, and you will arrive at the parking area near the base of the choeten.

Public Transportation
To reach Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Choeten via public transport, take a local bus or shared taxi from Wangdue Phodrang to Punakha. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Choeten turn-off on the Thimphu-Punakha Highway. From there, you can either walk about 5 km to the choeten or hire a local taxi to take you the rest of the way.
