From Serra dos Órgãos National Park, start by driving towards the BR-116 highway. Head south on the BR-116 and follow the signs for Rio de Janeiro. Follow the signs to Lapa, and you will see the Arcos da Lapa as you approach the Lapa neighborhood. Parking is available in nearby areas, but be prepared to pay for parking in designated spots.
