If you're driving from within Serra dos Órgãos National Park, take the BR-116 highway towards Rio de Janeiro. Upon exiting the park, follow the signs to Centro. Once in Centro, navigate to Largo da Carioca, where the Convento de Santo Antônio is located. There are parking options nearby, but note that parking may incur a fee, typically around R$10-20 per hour.

To reach Convento de Santo Antônio using public transportation, first take a bus from the park to the nearest bus terminal, such as Terminal Rodoviário de Teresópolis or Terminal Alvorada in Rio de Janeiro. From there, you can catch a metro or bus to Centro. If taking the metro, exit at the Cinelândia station, which is about a 15-minute walk to Largo da Carioca. The bus fare will be approximately R$4-6, and metro fare around R$5.

Once you arrive at Largo da Carioca, the Convento de Santo Antônio is located right at Largo da Carioca, s/n - Centro. It is easily identifiable by its historic architecture.
