Acquamotion: A Thermal Water Paradise in Gramado

Acquamotion, inaugurated in June 2021, is a unique thermal water park located 7 km from the center of Gramado, one of Brazil's most charming cities. As Brazil's first indoor themed water park, Acquamotion offers a paradisiacal experience for visitors of all ages, no matter the season. The park spans 49,000 m² and features seven themed pools spread across four floors. The park's concept began in 2012 when the Caliari brothers discovered the potential of the Guarani Aquifer to create unforgettable moments in the Serra Gaúcha. This led to the creation of the "Nascente das Águas Mágicas" (Magical Waters Spring), which allows naturally mineralized thermal waters with therapeutic properties to flow into the pools. The water temperature is maintained between 30°C and 36°C, ensuring comfort even during the coldest winter months. Acquamotion is divided into four themed areas inspired by the seasons of Serra Gaúcha: Autumn, Spring, Summer, and Winter. Each area has its own unique scenery, attractions, and guardian: Ales (guardian of the Time Globe), Floris (spring), Veron (summer), Ottoz (autumn), and Frido (winter). Key attractions include ToboAles (two extreme waterslides), Tchêbum (a wave pool), Acquaplay (water play area for children aged 6-12), Acquatix (themed area for children aged 1-5), Obah! (thermal pool with massage jets), Infinite Joy (outdoor infinity pool), Forest of Magic Waters (outdoor hanging pools), Cave of Time (a secret adventure), and Gralha Azul viewpoint. The park is fully climate-controlled, ensuring thermal comfort throughout the year. Acquamotion has a capacity of up to 3,000 people per day and aims to attract visitors seeking thermal waters and unique experiences.
