From the Nova Iguaçu city center, take a bus or train to Mesquita station. From Mesquita station, you can take a motorcycle taxi ('moto táxi') to the park entrance or walk for approximately one hour along Estrada da Cachoeira. Bus lines 120T, 428, 462I, 478B, and 551 are options to get close to the park. A moto-taxi ride will typically cost around R$10-R$15.

From Mesquita train station, walking to the park is possible, taking approximately one hour. Follow Avenida Brasil until you cross the small bridge that leads to Estrada da Cachoeira. Continue on Estrada da Cachoeira to reach the park entrance.
