BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
Start by walking to the nearest BART station in Berkeley, which is the Downtown Berkeley Station. From there, board a train heading towards San Francisco/Daly City. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the Montgomery St. Station in San Francisco. Once you exit the station, walk east on Montgomery Street towards Clay Street. Turn left onto Clay Street, and you will find the Chinese Historical Society of America Museum at 965 Clay St, on your left.

Walk to the nearest AC Transit bus stop in Berkeley. You can take the 40 bus towards San Francisco. Get off at the stop at Montgomery St. and Clay St. From there, walk a short distance east on Clay Street, and the Chinese Historical Society of America Museum will be located at 965 Clay St, on your left.
