If you're driving from anywhere in the East Bay, take I-80 W towards San Francisco. Once you cross the Bay Bridge, follow signs for Yerba Buena Island and keep left to stay on I-80 W. Take the exit for Fremont St toward Embarcadero. Merge onto Fremont St, then turn left onto Mission St. Continue onto The Embarcadero. After about 1 mile, you will see the Golden Gate Ferry Terminal on your right. Parking is available near the terminal, but be aware that there may be parking fees, typically around $3-$5 per hour.

Public Transportation - BART
If you prefer public transit, take the BART train from any East Bay station to the Embarcadero station in San Francisco. Once you arrive at Embarcadero station, take the exit towards Embarcadero and walk approximately 0.5 miles (about 10 minutes) to the Golden Gate Ferry Terminal. Follow the signs towards the waterfront and you will arrive at the terminal, where the Upper Level Public Viewing Area is located.
