Driving
From Pescadero, head north on Stage Road (Highway 1). Continue for approximately 7 miles. Año Nuevo State Park will be on your left (west side of the highway). Parking is available in the park's lot for $10 per vehicle. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak season.

While there is no direct public transportation to Año Nuevo State Park, you can take SamTrans bus routes from nearby cities like Half Moon Bay or Santa Cruz to a connecting point and then take a taxi or ride-sharing service to the park. From Half Moon Bay, take SamTrans Route 17 to Highway 1 and Año Nuevo State Park. Taxi/ride-share from that point will cost approximately $20-$30. Check SamTrans schedules for current fares and times.
