The walk from the ferry to most points along the boardwalk is generally flat and takes only a few minutes.

If arriving by bus (Golden Gate Transit Route 30), disembark at the Bridgeway & Bay Street stop. From there, walk south along Bridgeway to reach the main section of the Sausalito Boardwalk. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. A one-way bus fare from San Francisco is around $4-$6, depending on the distance and payment method (Clipper card offers discounted fares).

Street parking is also available but may be limited and metered. Be aware of parking restrictions and time limits. Payment can be made via ParkMobile app, text-to-pay, or at pay stations.
