From downtown San Francisco, take the #43 MUNI bus line towards Munich & Geneva. Disembark at the Presidio Transit Center and walk down Lincoln Boulevard towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Turn left onto Montgomery Street; the museum will be on your right. A single MUNI fare is $3.

Shuttle
Take the free PresidiGo Shuttle Downtown Route, which originates at the Main Post and stops at the Embarcadero BART and Transbay Terminal. On weekends, service from the Main Post runs every hour from 9 am to 5 pm. Get off at the Presidio Transit Center and walk down Lincoln Boulevard towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Turn left onto Montgomery Street; the museum will be on your right.

Driving
Enter the Presidio at the Lombard Gate and turn right onto Presidio Boulevard at the second stop sign. Presidio Boulevard becomes Lincoln Boulevard; continue westbound. Follow Lincoln Boulevard until you reach the large parking lot on the left (Main Post). Park near the middle of the lot and take the center path to the row of large red brick buildings; the museum is number 104. Parking rates vary depending on the location and day of the week. Metered parking is available for $4.50 for 2 hours.
