Getting There

    From any location in San Lorenzo, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the AC Transit Bus Line 29 towards the 'Hayward BART' station. Board the bus and travel for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the 'Hayward BART' station. Once you arrive at Hayward BART, transfer to the Marin Transit Bus Line 61 towards 'Mill Valley'. Stay on this bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop 'Panoramic Hwy & Mt. Tamalpais State Park'. From there, it’s just a short walk to the entrance of Mount Tamalpais State Park.

  • Bicycle

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from a local bike shop in San Lorenzo. Start your ride by heading north on Hesperian Blvd. to reach the San Francisco Bay Trail.
