Public Bus
From Tahoe City, walk to the nearest bus stop along Lake Tahoe Boulevard. Take the Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) bus heading towards Truckee. You will need to transfer at the Truckee bus station to take a Greyhound or a private shuttle service that goes to Virginia City. Follow the signs to the Virginia City route. Once you arrive in Virginia City, the Washoe Club Museum & Saloon is located at 112 S C St, just a short 5-minute walk uphill from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Tahoe City. Start your journey by heading south on Lake Tahoe Boulevard (CA-89) towards the junction with US-50. Continue on US-50 until you reach the intersection with NV-341. Follow NV-341 toward Virginia City. Once you arrive in Virginia City, park your bike at a designated bike rack and walk approximately 10 minutes to 112 S C St to reach the Washoe Club Museum & Saloon.

If you're up for an adventure and don't mind the distance, start by walking along Lake Tahoe Boulevard towards the south. Follow the road as it curves and continues until you reach the intersection with US-50. Cross over to the right side and continue walking until you find a bus stop. Take a bus heading to Virginia City, transferring as needed. Once you arrive in Virginia City, walk uphill for about 5 minutes to reach the Washoe Club Museum & Saloon at 112 S C St.
