Getting There

  • Driving

    From Tahoe City, head south on CA-89 for approximately 2 miles. The campground is located on the west side of the highway. Parking is available at your campsite. Be aware that a $5 fee is charged for extra vehicles.

  • Public Transport

    While public transport directly to the campground is limited, the Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) system has bus stops in Tahoe City. From Tahoe City, you can take a taxi or ride-share service to the campground, which is about 2 miles away. Taxi/ride-share cost approximately $15-25.

  • Walking

    From Sunnyside Restaurant, walk north along Highway 89 for approximately.2 miles. The campground will be on your left. Use caution as you are walking along a busy highway.
