Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Downtown Berkeley BART station, walk east for approximately 25 minutes towards the stadium. Alternatively, take AC Transit lines 6, 7, 36, 51B, 52, 79, or F, which have stops near the stadium. UC Berkeley also provides free game day shuttles from the BART station to drop-off points close to the stadium. A single BART fare from San Francisco to Downtown Berkeley costs $3-$5. AC Transit bus fares are around $2.50.

  • Walking

    From the center of downtown Berkeley, walk south on Martin Luther King Jr Way toward Addison St. Turn left onto Channing Way, and at the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Piedmont Ave. The stadium will be on your left. This is approximately a 1.5 mile walk.

  • Ride Share

    Request a ride to the intersection of Bancroft Ave and College Ave, or to the West Crescent. From there, you can catch a free shuttle that will drop you off closer to the Stadium. A taxi or rideshare from San Francisco will cost $50-$65.

  • Parking

    There is no on-site parking at the stadium. Limited public parking is available in UC parking lots and garages, such as Lower Hearst Structure, Genetics Garage, and Lower Sproul Garage. Expect to pay $20-$30 or more for event parking. Game day parking restrictions are in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with fines of $225 for parking violations. Stadium Parking Garage is located at 2205 Piedmont Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94720, and has a maximum daily fee of $25.
