Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Danville Riverwalk Trail, head west on the trail towards the Dan River. Continue until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk north until you reach the intersection with West Church Street. Turn left onto West Church Street and continue until you reach the intersection with South Union Street. Turn right onto South Union Street and walk until you reach the intersection with East Main Street. Turn left onto East Main Street and continue walking straight. You will pass several shops and restaurants. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History. From there, head east on East Main Street until you reach the intersection with Holbrook Street. Turn right onto Holbrook Street and continue straight. After about 5 minutes, you will see the entrance to Sproul Hall on your left.

    If you are near the Danville Transit Center, take bus route 12 towards the Danville Mall. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of East Main Street and Holbrook Street. From there, walk east on East Main Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Holbrook Street. Turn right onto Holbrook Street, and you will see Sproul Hall on your left. Make sure to check the bus schedule for exact times as routes may vary.
