Car
If you are driving from Armenia, take the Autopista del Café (Route 29) towards Salento. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Salento, follow the signs toward Valle del Cocora. The road will lead you directly to the entrance of Cocora Valley where you can park your car. Parking fees may apply, typically around 5,000 COP.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Armenia, you can take a bus from the main terminal to Salento, which runs frequently. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs around 10,000 COP. Upon arriving in Salento, walk towards the main square (Plaza de Bolivar) and look for the Willys (open-air jeep taxis) heading to Cocora Valley. The fare is approximately 3,000 COP per person, and the ride takes about 30 minutes. The Willys will drop you off at the entrance to Cocora Valley.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, from the center of Salento, you can hike to Cocora Valley. The hike is about 11 km and takes roughly 3-4 hours. Follow the signs leading out of Salento along the main road, which will eventually lead you to the entrance of Cocora Valley. Be prepared for a moderately challenging walk, and bring water and snacks.
