Public Transport
From Santa Marta city center, take a bus heading towards Palomino. These buses can be found near the Mercado on Calle 11. Inform the driver that you're going to Quebrada Valencia. The bus fare is approximately 11,000 COP. The journey takes about 1.5 - 2 hours. Once you arrive at the entrance to Quebrada Valencia, there is a 20-minute walk to the waterfalls.

Taxi/Ride-share
From Santa Marta, a taxi or ride-share to Quebrada Valencia will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. A taxi ride will cost around 20,000 to 30,000 COP. This is a more direct and comfortable option, especially if you are traveling in a group. The taxi will drop you off at the entrance, from where you can walk to the waterfalls.

Rent a car in Santa Marta and drive along the Troncal del Caribe (Carretera 90) towards Riohacha. The drive is approximately 1 hour. Parking is available at the entrance for 7,000 COP per day for cars or 5,000 COP for motorcycles. From the parking area, it's a 20-minute walk to the waterfalls.
