Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from downtown Gunnison, head north on Main St (CO-135) for about 1.5 miles. Continue onto CO-50 W for approximately 3 miles. Then, turn left onto County Road 11. After about 1 mile on County Road 11, you will see Tall Texan RV Park and Cabins on your right side at 194 Co Rd 11, Gunnison, CO 81230.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, check with local bus services such as the Gunnison Valley RTA. Take a bus from the Gunnison Transit Center to the nearest stop along CO-50. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles north on County Road 11 to reach Tall Texan RV Park and Cabins. Make sure to verify the bus schedule as it may have limited service times.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Gunnison. Start at Main St (CO-135) and head north for about 1.5 miles, then continue onto CO-50 W for 3 miles. Walk for another mile, and you will find Tall Texan RV Park and Cabins on your right. This is a longer walk, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
